Default Fuel Line Repair Help

My 90 Civic hbk's fuel line has a hole near the tank. It is the sending line. Does anyone have information on the best fix for this wether it be a complete replacement or if a small line with fittings is sufficient enough, also someone also said neoprene hose? any tips will be appreciated
