U need to have a chip "burnt" (from a local tuner shop) or by a programmable ECU. There might be another way to remove the governor only, but I dont know how

get a superchips or some sort of aftermarket chip. i really dunno how makes chips for hondas. diablo sport maybe??? they can pretty much do what u want them to do.

in my stang im runnin the superchips micro tuner. its pretty cool. you can raise or in my case completely elimininat the top speed limiter. it can also raise shift points in an auto and the shift firmness advance timing and correct the speedo for aftermarket gears.

but i think a chip is the way to go

They can get pretty pricey... I've got my eye on the "unichip", but it runs about $700. You can find a regular chip (even on Ebay) for about $150

check with your local speed shop. they can custom burn a chip for your car. they will put it on a dyno and fine tune everything. you can get some sweet hp out of a superchips chip. there are a ton of chip makers.
