Default Could a chip mess up emissions?

SO i have a stock D16z6 with a chip on my ecu... i took it to emissions it failed then took it to an emissions place they said the computer is messed up because my injectors allow too much fuel into my combustion chamber. If i put a 1.8 L fuel map in it will it screw it up? thanks

Why would it make much of a difference since i have the stock injectors... Is it that it would just open them longer? Could i just take out the chip and leave everything else on my ecu and it will run like stock? thanks

if its a chipped p28, you can just cut the jumper that enables the chip, and in theory have your "virgin" p28 again

theres pics around here somewhere, do your research. It's the "J1 Jumper"

no, you can't just pull the chip
