i didn't see much rust but i could be wrong..

if there's no rust, and its just paint missing. you could cheap out and just buy some touch up paint and at least get rid of the bare of the metal. if there is rust, it'd be a good idea to get rid of the rust properly, but touching it up FOR NOW wouldn't hurt too bad, you'd just have to worry about it spreading if you wait to long
