Teaching how to chop is something you have to watch or be shown unless you get creative in MS Paint. I will try to see if there is anything I can do, but this is a hard one to do. No promises.

a few things i would like to ask and say (this is meant to be helpful)

1. you want the front license plate off in the pics... do you plan on actually removing the front plate? Isn't that illegal in your state?
2. the back bumper you want on your car has the exhaust pipe cutout on the wrong side. this could be a problem in real life. do you plan on using this back bumper?
3. those foglights won't fit in the body kit front bumper without some skilled modification

If you want to learn to chop by yourself for free, use this program...
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/gim...i686-setup.exe

It's called "the gimp 2.0"
It's free, and similar to photoshop. you can do just about anything with this that you can on photoshop.
I learned how to use it by just messing around with all the stuff on my own, because that's how i learn best. I haven't figured everything out yet, not even close.
You can download different tools and brushes to use for it, but i haven't done that and don't know where to go to do that
You can search google for specific tutorials too, such as how to make fire from scratch on gimp

You will learn a lot more about picture editing and also have a lot more fun with this program than MS paint. It has a lot of really neat effects and tools.

have fun

This is about all I can do with what I've got to work with. Not great, but this IS the CHOP shop.

You'll have to imagine the big picture. I couldn't do everything to every view.

Those fogs just don't fit and I couldn't make the spoiler go on any pic.

That's completely unnecessary. Everyone has to start somewhere, and he's using MS Paint. Come on, it's Paint.
