RE: Your System??
Pioneer makes some pretty good stuff. Ive had three of their head units and was never let down. I used to have 2 of their IMPP 10s and ran with those for a year or so. Good luck with getting your system started.
head- Alpine CDA-9851
speakers- MB Quart QWD 760 6.5 components all the way around
subs- two JL W3-V2 10"
mids powered by Pioneer 600x4

all wiring is Monster
Have pics in photo album

Clarion 200W amp
2 Rockford Fosgate 12"
replaced the front tweeters (forget the name brand now) only 10$ and the SCREAM!!

for just tht setup it sounds pretty good and good bass for only 200W

RE: Your System??
You all have insane set ups. This is the head unit that came in the car when i got it, its OK. I have the Sony CDX-L350. I think i have stock speakers but its pretty good for stock. anyway, any of your cars roast mine in audio any day.

RE: Your System??
In car number 1, i am running an eclipse 5/4/3 channels amp at 5 channels, eclipse componants in the front and eclipse high trim 6x9s in the back....also 1 JL WO and a 1 farad cap withh an eclipse cd5000 8 volt cd player.....i hit 141.4 decibels with this setup....In car 2 I am running a Coustic 241sc amplifier with 2 kicker comps and an eclipse 4 channel with mb quart highs all around with a panasonic day and night (2005 model)....that believe it or not hit 144.6 decibels and i won a competition with it because i was in the 300 and under wattage class....its not always what kind of stereo **** you have....its how your subs are wired, and how your amp is tuned, along with how many volts a cd player is for a better sound

RE: Your System??
- Alpine CDE 7858 Motorized HU
- Pioneer 6.5"s
- Pioneer 6x9"'s
- 12" Alpine Type-E Subwoofer
- 500 Watt Eclipse Amp
- All wiring is Monster
I also got 3 boxes lying around, a Pioneer head unit, and an Eclipse head unit.
The only thing im really proud of is my head unit because on certain burned CD's it reads the artist and track name. It's dope driving around and looking down and seeing "Wu Tang Clan" on your CD player.
