Default Your System??

So, what is everybody running in their cars?</P>

Headunit? Amps? Speakers? Subs?</P>

</P>

Me? I've got an Alpine CDA-9815 with an Alpine 5 channel amp (50 x4 + 150x1)powering my main speakers and sub. My front speakers are Alpine Type-R components, rear speakers are Boston Acoutics RM9s. For a sub I'm running an Alpine Type-R 12 at 2 ohm.</P>

Also, for plenty of power I've got an Optima Battery and a Phoenix Gold 1 farad capacitor.</P>

Eventually I plan to replace all speakers with Focal Polyglass 6.5" components and their 11" sub. Also, I intend to upgrade the amp to Zapco's Reference 350.2 (100x2) for the front speakers, Reference 200.2 (50x2) for the rear speakers, and Reference 500.1 for the subwoofer.</P><edited><editID>outsider</editID><editDate>38101.557974537</editDate></edited>

i am as stock as can be. i think i have to upgrade some speakers since 1 doesnt work and 2 are blown but thats low on the priority list for now. i wont ever be able to compete with ur setups. they are pretty nice.

when you're interested, Eclipse makes some nice sounding full-range speakers for around $120 a pair. I was amazed the first time I heard them.</P>
