RE: voltage?
Your speakers want 100RMS, your amp is providing all 4 with 80RMS, I would turn it all the way up, and turn your high pass filter on.
I would run both gains full blast, use your high pass filter, and leave them all the way to the left, 80hz.
If you still think your getting too much bass or distortion, turn the high pass up a tad until you have it where you like it.
You won't need the bass boost, and probably won't use the treble boost either, but the treble will be a personal choice when you get it all installed.

RE: voltage?
well you know once he hooks that amp up that he has all the power from the amp....turning the gains up is just gonna make the disortion level really low and once he turns his HU up some then its gonna go past the clipping point. He just needs to turn the gain up to where it matches his max listeing point on his HU.....you know how to set your gains right on your amp dont you stu???

RE: voltage?
I just go by the numbers bro, That amp will be slightly under rated anyway. I run my gains on an amp thats under rated, and regardless under the RMS wattage full blast, only an idiot maxes his volume up front and blows his speakers. I can't say that I have seen that happen all that much.
Either way, if you feel cautious, start around half and work your way up. I will bet 5 you will end up 90% to max before your finished moving them.

RE: voltage?
ya if you use your gains as a volume control your gonna fry your speakers!!!!!!!!!!
your gain should be setup up to your radios rca output voltage.
if you dont know how to set it..... have someone that knows what thier doing do it!
or else youll just end up burnen up speakers and amplifiers as wel.........
