My old setup was overkill on the sub/amp part... If you want bass that hurts and is clean... run MTX81000D and 2 (12)alpine type-r's 1241d You will not be disappointed and can also be snagged up pretty cheap...

If you want more bass and bass thats a little cleaner, get SDC2.5s. Was going to buy two Alpine Type Rs....went and heard them, then decided on the SDCs and I'm glad i did
