off of another triple outlet, creating 5 outlets all together? I would do this so i could run 4 neon tubes with DC Power Adapters. Would this create a fire hazard?

 

I wouldn't do it... you'll at least be blowing fuses if not burning up wires. Those lights probably have a low enough draw that you won't have a problem, but it just doesn't sit well with me.

 

Its not really a dangerous thing but what will happen is that the gauge wiring and the fuse cant handle to much of a load.

 

thats just for ppl who cant figure out how to wire 12 volts.......its so easy.........just do it right.

 

lol i know how to wire a switch and everything, in all honesty im just really lazy...

 

just go to autozone and buy the quad socket adapter from streetglow...or do what i did-cut all the neon tubes and wire 4 into one cigarette plug.

 

i tired that and it didn't work, blew the fuse. you up your amperage?

2 words... hard wire. 2 neons per fuse wire it up right to ignition and slap a switch in there, run a 20amp fuse, you should have no problems.
