Default temperary alternative to dynamat

i have a 1993 civic and i wanted to show all the guys out there that may be like me that spen money on audio equipment but has no money left for dynamat or peel n seal etc.

im sure everyone hates the loud unessecary rattling in the trunk. i have a solution.

what you can do until you get the money to afford peel and seal or dynamat etc. you can put carboard between the trunk and the hing.

heres a pic
my 15" sub rockford fosgate p2

heres the hing on my trunk with cardboard between it

i havent gotten to the trunk latch but im gettin there i recommend to put 9it there also temperarly

To get rid of plate rattle, try using furniture pads on the back of it... (little felt pads that stick on the end of furniture legs for use with wood floors)

to stop plate rattle, just glue a sponge to the back of the plate.. unnoticable, cheap (if not free) and works like a charm!

Another rattle your going to have is actually going to be the trunk itself your going to have to find something to put in between the trunk and its seat, especially because your running a ported box (blegh XD ) but instead of cardboard... use silicone, its 100% less Ghetto... and no-one will ever see it...
