Subwoofer Installation

Hi,

I have a 2006 honda civic sedan, and I was just wondering if it was possible to install a subwoofer without adding a new stereo head unit.

I plan on buying one of these 2 subwoofers:

ok, does this work with every subwoofer? such as:

yea the converter is for the rca cable.

so you just run the converter to your amp, and your amp to your subs

^bingo head on the nail. but i don't care for pre fabricated bandpass enclosures too much but hey its your money

Ok, when you use the line in converter, does it impact the sound coming from the car speakers?

ok dude when you do this, make sure to ground everything PERFECTLY!!!

and ground the converter, its going to be a pain, but if you dont do it all right, you will end up with this horrible buzzing noise,
