RE: Sub Help ?!?!?!?
The only part of what I said that I would take back is the "Vice Versa" phrase. Actually, the Pos lead of one sub is connected to the amp, the negative lead of the other sub is connected to the amp. This leaves us with one positive and one negative that need to be wired to eachother. That's how you wire voice coils in series, it's the only way, and it's what you need to do.
Crutchfield's cusomter support is with me on this one:

But hey! Ok. Wire two 4-ohm voice coils in paralell to your BRIDGED amplifier and see what happens
Or listen to me, wire it in series and keep your amplifier up and running... Granted, your amp will run at 4 ohms, which won't exploit it's maximum output - But at least it won't turn into charcoal.
You're going to wire your voice coils paralell, turn it on, and it will A) Sound like ****, or B) Flip the protection circuit when you try to crank the gain beyond 30%.
Why don't you make it easy for yourself. Sell that 2 channel amp on ebay for $80 or whatever and buy a mono amp that's actually meant for a DVC Subwoofer.
