LOL

ya mine changes just about every year.... but i always build my boxes when its somewhat warm out.
Agreed! Do you still have the front firing set up? I bought a space heater for the garage... but it can only do so much when it is 13 degrees outside.

I have a sony xplod 1200 watt amp, and last night went out to best buy and boughtDual 1100 watt sub with 2 12"s, and it lights up blue. Haha I know Dual's arent exactly show quality, but I got it for 64.95, and last time i looked it was 189.95 or whatever, and I thought it would be a good purchase for so cheap.

i would never buy anything sony or dual. at least for my cars.....
tho my 94has a turd sony radio BUT it was there when i bought the car and i havent felt like buying a new radio for it just yet. but its a piece of crap.... you say a sony 1200watt amp so your probably only pushing about 600watts real power RMS.
thats why i hate these cheaper amplifier and stereo/subs companies! they slap what ever numbers they want onto there boxes cause little kids will think... wow this 600watt rms amplifier costs 250bucks but this sony 1200watt peak amplifier is only 100bucks. LOL

its not horible cause most everyone that has goten into radios has fallen for it, even myself....
but now if it doesnt say "RMS" then i dont buy it!

haha yeah the rms of the dual subwoofers are 600, and most likely the sony amp, as you said...so should I spend the more money on the wiring kit of the 1000 or 1400 watts, or can I get by with like 600?

Well Im buying a 94' coupe this monday, but theres no carpet in the trunk, so I may have to take back the subs I just bought and make a custom one, cause I want carpet in the trunk, espcially since my gf just bought me a suicide trunk kit for my birthday.
