Default Stock alternator / 2x300w RMS amps

Would anyone here suspect I would roast my stock alternator if I'm running 2x300w RMS amplifiers? If so, are they fairly easy to replace on a 99 Civic LX?

You'll be fine. If you roast the alternator, its not cause of the power the amp is drawing....unless you play your radio a loooong time with the car off

600 watts RMS should be a breeze! My stock electrical held up quite well in my 1997 EX coupe off of 1,200 watts RMS with just a Kinetik battery. Of course, now I am replacing the alternator with a HO unit because I plan to run 2,000 watts RMS by the end of summer. I may add another battery too, just to be safe.
