Default running wires for amping speakers and subs

im going to run some wires now while i have the rear panels off from changing the back speakers. i'm going to amp my alpine type r 6x9 and 6.5 at 100 rms each so from the amp what gauge wire should i use? also when running the wire is it true that certain ones should not be next to one another, that it can distort or something, if so which ones? remember im running three sets of rca for sub and speakers, one power, and the remote wire. thanks in advance

i'm not sure about what gauge wire to use, but you should always try to run the power wire on opposite sides of the car as the remote and RCAs. If not possible for this installation to run on opposite sides of the car, make sure they are at least not run together.

16 gauge or anything larger will be fine, but it wouldn't make sense to use 10 gauge or larger

I usually use 12 gauge for the speaker wire ( but thats a little overkill)

some of the best wiring around - just get what u can afford.
http://www.knukonceptz.com/##
i would recommend the following:
http://www.knukonceptz.com/productDe...prodID=KOLAK84 (that comes with everything u need... but ur going to need a little more speaker cable)
here is the speaker wire http://www.knukonceptz.com/productDe...prodID=KLE12BL prob going to want about 20 more feet, ur going to need more than u think because u need to make sure u can tuck it away nicely.

this site is THE BEST site for wiring as far as value. the best bang for ur buck for sure.

12 gauge should be more than enough
