Default Removing door sills for routing power cable?

Anyone have instructions or links to instructions for how to remove the passenger side door sills for 4ga power cable routing purposes? I have a 99 Honda EX Sedan.

I know you guys will come thru for me!

there is a tool at either advanced auto or auto zone, can't remember which. it is made for popping off manual window cranks, but it doubles as a wedge type thingy to pop the little plastic progs off from the body of the car.
