Default Pyle vs. Clarion

What are some of the advantages of a name brand in-dash TV versus not one of the high quality brands, such as Pyle. I'm looking into a Pyle monitor and want to know if i should spend the $ on somethin else. I can get it for $110, deal or no deal?

If your ok with it only working for a few months, buy away.

If you want something that will change vehicles with you time and time again, spend some money.

I wouldn't buy even a single add on monitor for less then 250-300, and an in-dash with monitor no less then 600-900.

Name brand will get you alot further, not to mention probably a better warranty.

You get what you pay for. ESPECIALLY with electronics.

true....i'm thinking mounting a monitor in my glove box in a fixed position so you just open the glove box and its right there, ready to be used. I think thatd be soooo good

i put in my new alpine unit and i love the thing!!!!!!!

when buying a monitor dont go cheap..... and check out thier viewing angles and resolution........

my monitor i can poke my head around the car and every angle is a good viewing angle

go good and dont worry about it again!!!!!
ive used quite a few crapy monitors... and they all sucked... i was very unsatisfied with everyone of them!!!
and my new alpine even SOUNDS BETER than my old clarion radio!!!!! not to mention even my sub sounds louder and tighter! i wish i woulda bought it along time ago! then i might have kept my 1200watt amp and not upgrade everything..... cause im still thinking of just buying my old amplifier model back... cause it was a nice amplifier! and well wih my 600watts sounds just as loud as my 1200 did! something had to have gone bad in my radio to do that! or the clarion just wasnt as high quality.....
