Projector headlights

Projector headlights
OK so my headlights are currently...abysmal. I usually have to run with my brights on just to see far enough. I have read the posts on reconditioning my factory lens and I could try new bulbs but I really want projectors because I like the look plus if I decide to do a HID conversion down the road, I will not have to modify my housing.
I have been looking at parts but have no found any reviews per say so I m asking for anyone on here who has projectors if they could say what brand they got, how hard it was to install, good/bad/ugly etc etc.
I have found 6 products for my car.
Spyder Auto
Anzo 1
Anzo 2
Option Racing 1
OPtion Racing 2
Or I could always get some off of Ebay
As always help appreciated.

Those are Projectors for Halogens. Alot different then Projectors for HID you could try and get it to work , but im not sure how well. This question WAS just asked so i'm going to link you to it.

I had issues when I tried to recondition my foggy stockers..... They were fogged on the friggin INSIDE!
I just ended up adding some Alteza projector headlamps. I know many who complained about the lack of light, but it was way better than trying to get light through fogged out, yellowed stock head light assemblies.

thanks stein, I did a search for projector, so I didn't see that post, also I put this in the wrong section >.<
Also I am aware these are for Halogen bulbs. I figured I would buy these, and then put in some Sylvania silverstar or GE Nighthawks (whichever has the most lumen output).
BUt anyway, my first question still stands about
1. difficulty of install
2. which brands are good and which should I stay away from?

I found this for a 5th gen but it all should be similar somewhat..

This guy does it with his retrofit also on a 6th gen.
It seems you really just need to take off the bumper and undo some bolts and switch in the other ones.
Brand name projectors will be better then their ebay counter parts, but just as a precaution you should silicon around the edge for either one of them to make sure no moisture gets in.

OK IU did my research and its down to either they spyder ones or the second option racing set.
Spyder Auto SKU: PRO-YD-HC96-AM-BK
- Cheaper
- big amber reflector patch plus reflective indicator housing will allow me to stay legal.
Option Racing SKU: HD410-B1WHA
- Better looking (in my opinion)
- Amber Reflector not as big and indicator housing not reflective.
- more expensive
So if you guys have an opinion, or know people who have used them and can give me advice it would be great. I look and could not find reviews for either part.

I wish there were some action shots of these aftermarket lights using the STOCK bulbs that come with it. All the pics I've found have HIDs already installed. Like you, I will buy aftermarket lights and convert to HID down the road. I just want to see what I'll be rollin' around with pre-HID.
