I've just bought this jvc car deck that has this illumination feature (Turn on ur headlight and it should be brighter or something like that), how do i hook this up?

I'm on a 94 civic, and i dont know where to find the place to hook that wire up. Suggestions?

 

you gotta test for it but it is the red wire with the black tracer at the fuse panel or the drivers kick panel. TEST FIRST i bet there is more than one wire that color and u could tap into something like ur VSS or worse and stay away from the yellow loomed wires!

 

to be quiet honest dude, don't hook it up. its there and is a nice feature but unless you have a screen with navi or similar it is a problem causer. it will either fry your radio or you will constantly blow fuses. its a headache. i do this for a living trust me its not worth it.
