Can someone please let me kno if this system willwork with astock 2007 CivicSTOCK audio thingy (NON SI)

ok my 07 civic is STOCK EVERYTHING. Not sure if its an EX LD OR DX, i got power windows, no nav or sun roof. I got 2 12" subs, and an amp and a stock cd plater thing, but it looks like its alllll conected 2gether w/ my A/C. So if someone can pleaseeee list EVERYTHING i need for this. Circuit City wanted 120 2 put it in. lol. so can someone please list all things, (wires, and all) and wat size and if u can price for the parts. Thanks so much people!

sounds like your new to this sort of thing, i'd suggest finding someone in your area who knows how to do it and have him help you. i havent done any work with stock head units but i dont think they have rca connections so you would probably have to use speaker level inputs on the amp (assuming your amp has them) but if you go to circuit ****ty they should have amp wiring kits and that should have everything you need. depending on how big of an amp you have you can pick up a kit anywhere from $40 and up

2007 civic model : unknown ( just that its not a SI )

your stock radio doesnt have RCA's behind it you ll need a LOC ( line out converter ) to convertspeaker signals to RCA's

your going to have to pull off your radio to get behind the radio wires (( be careful when doing this the dash is fragile ))

how many watts is your amp , that will determine what gauge wire to get and what type of subs do you have

well my dad hooked up my old civic with a aftermarket sterio, but this new one i guess dosnt have the RCA out, so can u give me step by step wta 2 get, where 2 connect? so my dad knows wat hes doin? Thanks man

i know circuit city and pepboys carry LOC's...and you might want to get some of those vampire clips(or so thats what i call them) so you dont have to splice your wires

dude get any aftermarket stereo ( head unit), deck wtvr u want to call it. spend the moiney it will last u if u spend hte moeny , plus you cant beat the sound quality

wel if u can tell me wat will fit in a 2007 civic then i will get an aftermarket sterio, i didnt think they had ne thing that would fit yet.
