Default LOC's

anybody using Line Output Converters (LOC's) in their systems? im going to be running a 6 channel amp to 4 door speakers (components), and bridging the remaining 2 channels to my sub. im keeping the stock HU in my 06 lx and obviously cannot run RCA's to it. can you tell me who makes a good LOC, any problems with them (ie. signal noise, etc)? thanks in advance.

I've heard good things about the tsunami line output converter. I think they run for $29.99.
