I just bought my used 2002 civc lx & it came with a Pioneer JDT612 6-Disc CD Player mounted in the trunk with the control velcro'd to the center console. I loaded a couple of cd's to test & turned on the control

*control powered up & loaded cd--showed playing

*????cannot figure out how to play on the factory stereo. It s the original with the cassette, but there is a button that says cass/CD. Nothing changes when I push that & there is no mode for a remote non-factory CD??

*how do i use this? the place i bought if from doesn't have a clue. I have searched the internet, but nothing. I thought I would try here. I do not have the money to go to an audio place. I prefer to troubleshoot myself first.
