how to connect amp to speakers
#11
yea explain how you are running wire from your speakers to the amp. Because your saying when you disconnect it from the amp it starts working fine again, like mk378 you can have the speakers still connected to your source and also connected to your amp at the same time.

on the back of the amp it says ch 1 + and - and i connected wires to + and - of the speakers on the right hand side. my sub is making a beating noise when the volume is off. and im assume i messed up my amp, any ideas how to fix it? or i need a new one

If your amp is damaged internally you will need to send it out to the company who manufactors the amp. If you dont have any warranty on the amp it will most likely be cheaper for you to buy a new one.
Also try to keep from using a 4ch amp to power subwoofer(s), it doesnt provide enough power for a subwoofer and the sub can draw too much power from the amp putting a strain on it.
