No they do nothing for you, it is a band aid in other words if you are having electrical issues fix them right. BTW dont get those subs give me a price range and I will put a system together for you alot better than that.

huh??

i just really want subs.. i dont care about performance.. i just really wanted to know if i woulda needed a capac... the system already kinda dims the lights when its on..and the cars not running..and my stock speakers are way loud enough.. but im not getting enough of that heartstopping beat... just lil pushes now and then... my lic plate rattles like a babydoll being thrown by a 3 year old though

Alot better deal, if you get this let me know and I can have a box made for it that will kick ***. I know its a lil over you price range but you will be alot happier with it.

Look at some extreme's they make amps and subs. That what I have and I like them. You can't beat the price and they are made by Directed so they got a good name backing them.
