i want to change the bulbs on my gauges so that they light up blue all of it ..and aswell as the heater-a/c bezel. but i need t know what size the bulbs that go behind are? can anyone tell me?

There are some 74 and some 24 bulbs in the cluster... 74 bulbs will work in 24 bulb sockets though.

I would advise against just plain bulb swapping and go with the DIY that Addiction2Bass wrote. It's in the DIY Interior section.

well i checked out his thread but it doesnt say anything about what size bulbs i need.. he did his differently..i was jus wanna do a simble bulb swap..but i need the bulb sizes so i can buy them from ebay

 

I told you the bulb sizes already in a previous post.

24 and 74. 74 will work in the 24 bulb sockets so you might as well get all 74's.


Don't buy them on eBay. The bulbs on eBay SUCK. I had some and they were constantly blowing out.


I told you about his thread because I was suggesting you do it that way because just swapping out the bulbs is a half-*** method and it will look like crap... trust me, been there done that. If you only swap bulbs, you end up with hot spots (spots where the light is brighter) in the cluster and it looks like crap.
