How do i wire a switch up to its own fuse in the fuse box, someone told me do just put the wires in the front and them jam a fuse into it after that, i doubt this is the right way, can anyone help?

Go to autozone and get something call add-a-fuse or add-a-circuit thing. Its simply a double slotted fuse that you can insert two fuses into and plug the entire casing into the exisitng fuse box slot without taking up two spaces. It's easy to use.

dito.... add a circuit....
just get some female spade terminals, some wire, a few crimp conctors and a switch
also a light tester! great tool to have in any garage!

your fuse box has several open spade terminals along the top row... some of them are HOT all the time and the others with the IGNITION ONLY... use the one you want to use... just use the light tester to see which ones hot at what time...
crimp a female spade terminal onto the (add a circuit) inline fuse and then a crimp conector to the wire going to your switch and whatever after that how ever ya do it... preaty simple... JUST REMEMBER to properly fuse that wire! dont just slap in a large 30amp fuse! and be aware how large your wires are as well.... what ever your wiring up use the same size or larger wire from the fuse box on....

or if ya want to make your own ghetto fuse link... its preaty simple.. from the fuse box just have 2 wires... with female spade conectors and then with with quite a bit ofelectrical tape tape up the sides of the conectors... then with a large typical fuse just plug in the fuse onto the two conectors and thier ya go
ive done that MANY of times when i need a quick fuse.....

NO NO NO.... looks like your just taping into a existing fuse... thats pullen more power from that fuse box port which its not designed for...

plus that white thing you got is a inline glass fuse.... it will work.... but dont just wrap it around that other fuse and stick it back in the fuse box....

take the wire off the fuse and use a FEMALE spade terminal and crimp it onto the wire... then plug that spade terminal into the fuse box on a empty MALE SPADE terminal.....
