EDead Liquid Sound Deadener?
I've got a case of the rattlesnakes, and am looking into sound deadening options for my doors and trunk. What is the best and easiest way to get good background noise and rattle reduction? I've been looking at dynamat, fatmat, and other conventional stick-on deadeners, but found two other options to be slightly more appealing mostly because of ease of installation: Spray-on, and Paint-on.
I've heard that the spray stuff continues to expand and expand, so it can possibly damage your car. I definitely don't want that, but spray seems like it'd be the easiest and quickest to install.
I'm also really interested in (as indicated by the title of the post) EDead V.3 It's a paint-on sound deadener, but at $50 a gallon, I want to make sure it does as advertised before wasting my money. Anyone have experience with this product?
Thanks

RE: EDead Liquid Sound Deadener?
yeah, I am keeping looking for the information about reducing road noise these days. Firstly, I don't know how to remove door panel or remove seat such that I can apply sound deadening matherial to door and floors? Is there some DIY manual about this? thanks.

yeah the paint on stuff rocks. I have used Cascade myself but there are a lot of good products out there. I have also filled my body panels with expanding foam as well. I have filled the dash with foam pieces and sprayed the insides of all my body panels with undercoating spray(note THAT STUFF will give you a major chemical headache for 2-3 weeks before its full;y cured, DON"T do it!!!!) AS far as the floor goes your best bet is to just gut the interior and pull the floo carpet out and use a nice dense piece of matting or some kind of lead septum noise blocker.
