Eclipse CD3000
So I was looking at the Eclipse CD3000 head unit. Anyone have any experience with this stereo? How does it sound, what about the bells and whistles on it (like the directions function thing and the ESN security?)
right now circuit city has them for 250 w/ free installation, and I just got paid so I am seriously considering it, pending what you guys think of it.

RE: Eclipse CD3000
Eclipse is circuit city's top name brand over there, as far as head units. it should be pretty nice, even if you didn't post a link.
BTW, circuit city may say "free installation" but they'll get you by making you buy the conversion wiring kit ($20-$40) and possibly a face plate or harness.
still. it beats installing it yourself because of all the wire cutting and splicing you'd have to deal with. lol.

RE: Eclipse CD3000
i considered that one before buying my JVC.
it was nice and feature packed, but i wasn't too thrilled with the rotary buttons that were kind of hard to use. they didn't stick out enough.
rotary ***** ROOL, but only if you can actually scroll them...
