im looking for a motorized in-dash monitor.

BUT. im not looking for that dvd, vcd combo ****. i just need a simple motorized in-dash monitor that has maybe some colorful graphics .... like digital equalizers?





im also looking for something, with an auxilary input for the screen, cause im planning to put an external video camera and i want it to feed onto the screen. (race track and personal reasons.)

yes sir if im on the same page as you, i have one of those in my car. Sony makes it (sorry about the lack of a good brand) but im in a rush this morning so i dont have the model number on me. Ill get back to you tonight.

 

Tons of companys make just the monitor without cd or dvd players, check out eclipse, clarion, or alpine, your best bet is to go with an eclipse and mostly all will come with at least 2 auxilary inputs....you can pick one up for less than 500 on ebay and eclipse is the best company stereo wise that i have every installed or used....ive been doing installs since 2001

 

thats the thing, i've been searching all week for this.

its a motorized screen that flips open and shows equalizer bars for the music. and has an input setting that shows a video feed of anything i want.

like lets say .... a rear view camera.

or you can always jsut get a overhead unit.........
or even a straight monitor.........

buy a standard screen/monitor and bolt it to whatever you want on your car and just wire it up....
