Hey guys,

I have a 2001 EX coupe. I just got my hands on it not too long ago. I would love a kickass system, I'm talking quality sound. Without blowing the price completely out of proportion, do you have any suggestions, looking to replace all speakers, two 12" subs would be great. Also, DVD, flip up screen in the dash would rock. Any ideas?

budget....... what are you "willing" to spend. Your question is open ended. We (I) could blow you out of the water with suggestion's you don't want to afford. You see what I mean?

 

A good DVD flip-up monitor is going to run you anywhere from 1000-2500 bucks. Good wiring is essential for quality, depending on where you get it at,it can getpretty expensive(as far as wiring goes). Good set of speakers in front and rear is alsoneeded for the quality, I spent around 270 for my alpines, not the best speakerbut pretty good. for the subs, depends on how much kick you want, too much and you have to amp your speakersso they don't get drown out. Price is pretty much directly proportional to the quality, as is the rest of the system in most cases. You get what you pay for.

Best thing to do is go to www.crutchfield.comand research on some stuff that you maybe would like to buy, then go find it on other sites for cheaper.
