I had 4 12 inch Audiobahn High Excursion subs running off of 2 rockford fosgate BD1500.1 amplifiers bridged together. If anyone knows about those amps, theyre highly under-rated. They came with certificates stating they made more power than claimed. Anywho, I had the subs wired @ 2 ohms and I cracked my windsheld. Needless to say, it was way too much, but I was 19 and thought it was cool to set car alarms off with my "System". Now, Ive just got one of those fosgate bd1500.1 amps and an Infinity Kappa Perfect VQ sub, a 12 inch. Its more than I need, and the amp is only 1/4 of the way up. Oh by the way, I had those bridged fosgate amps hooked directly up to my stinger alternator, so they were getting more power than the 12 volts amps usually see.

Go youtube SBN windshield and see what amount of bass really cracks a windshield.

i have 2 blown 10 jl..always remember there is always always someone out that has something better. i have been out of the audio for awile i don't even recognize half these names .
and is the 3000 watts at like 100 ohms. I love how lower quality audio overrates there speakers and good companies under rate them..

now the baddest civic THAT I KNOW ABOUT.... is MEADEs civic....walled off 2 18s....
do a search for meade civic on youtube.... i cannt find the thread of his rebuild quite yet....
now i think he does have the baddest system in a civic... i think anyone thats just seen the thing would agree.... hes got one bad MFer!!!!!!!

that does look preaty good... tho the grills kinda make it alittle ugly... but if ya haul stuff im sure its needed 
tho my only concern with that setup would be the cancelation issues...... two subs firing at each other will cancel themselves out alittle... not realy bad... but would be noticable....
PERSONALY id angle the subs towards the front or back just so thier lined up beter for bass output...
and another think i would do is get some black dye OR more black carpet and cover up all that grey original carpet... will look much cleaner... i wanna do my back seat rear cover in black as well for mine but im just to lazy.LOL
