Adding amp and some after market speakers on civic ex 2015?
Hey guys, just traded in my 07 Camry SE V6 today in for the Civic EX Coupe and I IS READY FOR MODS.
First thing first though, sound quality is quite bad comparing to stock Camry(i used to run memphis 1000 and some 12"). I no longer desire boom boom but you know, I need come type of kick.
Looking at the catalog, I notice there is a subwoofer but the factory amp just isn't good enough to give full potential. Do you think it would make sense to hook an after market amp to the stock Sub?
This is probably a dumb question but what if i replace the stock speakers with some infinity speakers I have laying in my garage(i hope it's still in my garage lol)?
I know some one done this before, I just want to hear your opinion before i waste times.

if your getting older then your looking for quality over quantity then adding the infinites will absolutely sound better then stock paper. i would get rid of the stock sub for a single 8 or 12 in a sealed enclosure. as far as adding an amp to the stock sub thats probably an easy way to blow it.
