The 92-95 Civic service manual available at the link in my signature should help.

take out the ashtray
remove the two bolts on each side of the lower console, the piece the ashtray is in, and then the two bolts facing upwards
make sure the shift lever is out of the way by moving it to 3rd gear, or 1 on an automatic. on the automatic, use the parking brake and put the key in the shift lock release and move the lever.
start to pull off the lower console part of the dash, reach behind, and unplug the 12V plugs wire harness
remove the lower console piece all the way
there is a bolt holding the stereo to the stereo frame, on the underside of the stereo, towards the back. remove this bolt
push the stereo out from behind, unplug the wire harness, and remove the antenna plug
