Hello. The 6 in-dash cd stereo I have now that came with my 2005 Special Edition Civic is alright for now, but I do wanna add something a bit better later on. I had a few questions for you guys out there that know everything it seems like lol. I really dont know much about systems, so I hope you guys can help me out here... ok....

1. If the head unit of my stereo I have now is removed, it seems like there be a lot of extra space around the new unit where the old Special Edition Head unit used to be right???? If so, what do I do about that???

2. For my next Head unit, is it best to get an in-dash player tht can hold like 5-6 cds, or should I get something tht goes in my trunk tht holds like way more cds?

There are many kits that will fill the space right in where your old deck used to be. Most of them look very nice too.



As for swapping it, it would be hard for me to lose a 6 disc indash changer for anything less then an indash screen DVD player and maybe even Navi. Then add the 10 changer in the back. Beware though, changers are being phased out and replace by sattalite radio.
