Default 1600 Watt Amp Q?

So i have a 95 Civic DX Hatch. I have two 10's in a sub-zero plexi box. I just bought a 1600 Watt Amp, what way should i wire it up? It's a Two Channel Bridgeable Amp, Pyramid Artic Series. Is that a decient Amp? And is that too much power for my 10's? Thanks for the help : )

You have any specs on the subs and amp other than that? are they 4ohm, 2ohm...single or dual voice coil...what's the rms... then the amp...I imagine 4ohm stable when bridged, 2ohm stable in stereo?

Without knowing that kind of info...best I can say to be safe is just wire it in stereo so you're not giving it more of a load than it can handle.

****And it's never too much power, as long as you wire it to handle the power you can just turn the gain down. It's better to have more power with the gain set lower than barely enough and having the gain all the way up. Cleaner power/sound when you can set the gain lower.

the amp...[*]Two Channel Bridgeable Amplification[*]Tri-way Configuration: 1/ 2 Channels[*]2x 75 Watts Total Output @ 4 Ohms[*]1600 Watts Total System Output[*]Variable Gain Control[*]MOSFET Pulse Width Modulated Power Supply[*]2 Ohm Stereo Stable[*]Built-In Variable Subwoofer Crossover[*]High Level Low Impedance MOLEX Input Connector[*]RCA Low Level Inputs[*]Speaker Output Terminal Strip[*]Signal/Noise Ratio: 90dB[*]THD Less Than 0.04%[*]Frequency Response: 15-30kHz[*]Overload Protection[*]Thermal Protection[*]Short Circuit Protection[*]Power On LED Indicator[*]LED Diagnostic Condition Indicator[*]Automotive Type Fuse Protection[*]Dimensions: 12.59' L 10.03' W 1.96' H

The subs. They're miss matched one is a Clarion, the other one is a Sony Xplode. I am getting rid of the xplode, for another Clarion : )

im going to guess that when you bridge your amp to4ohm mono, you get about 300-350 rated rms.. and hoping that your subs are dual 4ohm to get the most out of your amp, it should be alright depending on what your subs are rated (rms). pyramid is deff not the greatest company, but i guess you can get by with using it for the most part.. let me know if you have any more questions...

Then i want to turbo it. i dont want a race car, and i know im not gunna get 1000 HP, andthat decals dont add HP. but what kinda of HP gain could i get from the turbo, and I/H/E?

So that would be a D16T, Right?
