14ga too big for a molex?

You can probably shoehorn it through on the passenger side, but I wish you luck on the driver's side! I didn't feel like pulling my fenders and my doors to drill new holes, so I just used the factory wire right before it entered the door and soldered on some bigger wire on the inside of the door panel. I figured those last couple of feet were not worth it for something I would never hear!

the factory wire is sufficient for 150 watts RMS .... i know thats what i'm running to mine .... you should think about putting your crossovers back by your amp for a couple reasons ...#1 doors leak and crossovers dont like moisture ... #2 tuning it's much easier to change settings on crossovers when you can get to them ..... hope this helps

Hmm wow, I wouldn't have thought the stock wiring would take so much load. I'll only be sending about 80watts RMS thru. Do you know what gauge the stock wiring is? The crossover in the trunk is a smarter idea but I gotta run 2x the wire, so don't wanna spend more than I have to. Also, I assume there are separate wires going thru the molex for the kick panel speaker and the tweeter. Am I correct in this assumption?
Thanks
