Default 06 Coupe 350 watts system RMS

Hello everybody,

I’ll will son be getting the 06 coupe with the 350 watts system. Does this mean that each speaker and the sub get 50 watts each (6 speakers x 50 watts + 1 sub x 50 watts = 350 watts)? Also, I asked the dealer if he knew the RMS power range of the speakers, but he was clueless. If anyone was this information it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The sub is probably getting more than the speakers.

If all the power you get is 350 watts to 6 speakers I would guess 25 to all the speakers and the rest to the sub

yea burning the CDS is easy, i have an mp3 player in mine too. You just make a "Data" cd...........if u have XP you just drag and drop onto the cd icon in my computer and then it will ask u if u want to make a DATA CD or a MUSIC CD. You wanna make the DATA cd. The MUSIC CD is made in WAV. files. DATA is MP3 format.

the 350 Watts are definitely peak watts, not RMS.

regardless, the OEM sound system in the new EX's are AWESOME. the bass speaker is boomy though, since it's free air. you could always dynamat your trunk, though, if you want to take some of the vibration out.
