why did you run it to the ignition wire? run it to the back of the stereo there is a blue remote/antenna wire you hok it into.

If the volume is down and u are hearing the noise still it is the RCA wires. U might need to replace them. Are u saying that your speakers are shuting off or your car? Are u running a breaker or a fuse on your power wire for the amp?

ok soo from my batery i have a wierd clear cylender things..witch i think is a fuse. going to my amp..
i am using my stock radio. so i had to buy hi low converters. and if you no anything about car audio you'd no what they are.. it converts rear speaker wire into the rca cables to pulg into my amp. then from my amp i have the wires to my 12 Inch sub.

i here the noise when i start my car for a seccond till the radio valume turns on. if i turn off my radio. the noise starts really loud. and its my sub because i have gotten out of my car and opened my trunk. i will take a video tomorrow and post it. and show you guys.

Since u are not running RCA's the wiring to the trunk isnt the issue. I would say it is either the hi low converter or the RCA's in the amp are bad. Try unpluging one side of them and see if the noise goes away. If one or the other is bad the noise will go away. What kind of amp are u running? And what is the brand of the Converter? If u are going to run a Converter you really dont want to buy a cheap one.

my high low converter is the only one they had at best buy and it was about 30 bucks. i am running it off a 2 way 500 watt amp. so i guess it makes it a 1000 watt amp. made by spx adio?? yea..idk i bought it from a buddy who got it from who knows.. i only started hereing the noise after i moved my sset up to this car. in my integra i had the rca cables running from the head unit. here is a video that may help

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RulG1GMneM4

and thanks for trying to help me.. its kind of annying at times if i am at a drive through i cant turn my radio off i can only turn it down. and it doesnt help that my volume nob doesnt work either..
any ways tell me if pictures or a better video would help

i suggest getting a aftermarket radio/cd player, and getting rid of all the converting wiring crap, i watched that video and that is just to many wires everywhere, make it clean and simple = less problems and check the rca wires they may be bad.
