Ground Wire

Ground Wire
Thought a 7th Gen person would like it...
This is probably the cheapest and easiest thing to do for your grounding... there are only 2 clumps of wires to remove and 3 to put back on...
This is how I did it...
Materials: 3 pieces of sound wire (I used 8 gauge)- 5 gold connectors - a new tree (dont know what it is called, actually) to put on your negative on the battery - 11mm crescent wrench - and about 15 minutes
Step 1: Remove crappy ground wire from engine to the body
Step 2: Replace it with wire 1
Step 3: Remove negative & positive off battery and take the whole battery out
Step 4: Remove a bolt that holds down a black mounting unit for a cable down by your transmission to make room for your hand and wrench to remove the other bolt that is kind of blocked by that bracket you just removed
Step 5: Remove that bolt down by the transmission
Step 6: Put wire 2 down and bolt the 2 bolts and bracket back on
Step 7: Remove the single bolt that holds the ground wire and its bracket to the body
Step 8: Connect the other end of wire 2 with the 3rd ground wire (just overlap them) and bolt them down
Step 9: Put the open end of the 3rd ground wire into the new negative clamp and make sure it is tight
Step 10: Put that piece on the negative
So there are only 4 things you have to do, I just wrote 10 steps to make it VERY easy to understand...or maybe it made it harder... Well, let me know if it helped!
